You are going to eat 500 calories for the duration of the days your continuing injections (4 weeks, 6 weeks or 8 weeks) and then for an additional 3 days after injections end as the HCG weans from your body.learn more
When the diet is over it is important taht you stick to an Atkins type diet (no sugar, no staches and no fruit) for 3 weeks (21 days). This is designed to "lock in" the weight loss and make it difficult to gain the weight back.learn more
You need an acurate bathroom scale so you can weight yourself every morning, do not weigh yourself more than once a day as your weight will fluctuate. You will also need a food scale to weigh your protein.
9:00 AM - Breakfast: have any non-caloric fluid like coffee, tea
11:00 AM - Snack: eat one piece of fruit that is on the list
12:30 PM - Lunch: 1 serving of vegetable and 1 serving of protein
3:30 PM - Snack: another serving of fruit
6:30 PM - Dinner: 1 serving of vegetable and 1 serving of protein
8:00 PM - Evening: cup of tea (don't forget to increase your water intake)
